What is the purpose of this form?
This application must be submitted to obtain one or more visitor residential parking permits for use by people intending to stay in your household for a prolonged period due to family reasons.
The application must be submitted at least five working days prior to the required start date(s):
by going to the counter of the Service Circulation
or by sending this document to the Service Circulation by post, fax or email.
You will receive your permit(s) by post.
